Answer: The elastic one size fits all head sizes, male and female, snugly and comfortably.

Question: Will it work with my alarm?
Answer: Yes, when your alarm goes off, it will play through the headphones and phone at the same time.

Question: Is there a tone for low power?
Answer: Yes, a subtle voice will inform you. This may alert light sleepers, so we recommend fully charging your SymphonyBand before sleep.

Question: What is the wireless range and sound quality?

Answer: The wireless range is 15-30 feet (5-10 meters) for seamless connectivity, with premium sound quality to play your favorite tunes, audiobooks, medication and more!

Question: How do you wash it and are there sweat/smell issues?

Answer: It can easily be washed by detaching the speakers on the headband and reattached after cleaning the fabric in the wash. Sweat and smell are not a concern at all!

Question: Is there any harmful radiation emissions?

Answer: It uses ultra-low power, with safe RF emissions.

Question: How does it connect to Bluetooth?

Answer: The Symphonyband pairs when it is turned on, then connecting it to any smartphone, computer and devices through it’s Bluetooth settings.
